Automated identification as part of automated work processes contributes to the smooth functioning of the organisation. Manufacturer Brady offers a family of printers and applicators for automated labelling which enables the work to be done efficiently and without errors.
Today, an automated working process is necessary for staying on the market. The importance and advantages of automation are shown in increased cost-effectiveness, quality of performance, reduced impact of the human factor on product quality, increased safety and productivity, better control and process optimisation.
Automated identification as part of automated work processes contributes to the smooth functioning of the organisation. Manufacturer Brady offers a family of printers and applicators for automated labelling which enables the work to be done efficiently and without errors. This advanced technology contributes to:
productivity gains – the time of labelling is halved,
error reduction – persistent and consistent labelling without corrections,
rapid change deployment – an intuitive color touch screen and user interface make it easy to change settings.
A5500 Flag Printer Applicator
Even though wire diameters are getting smaller, the data needed to identify wires is not. Using flag labels solves this dilemma and provides ample space for the data you need to add to a tiny wire. With the A5500 Flag Printer Applicator (Brady) you can print and apply flags in just 5 seconds. The system also reduces waste & rework as the flags are consistently applied evenly without wrinkles, skew or edge mismatch. Regardless whether your cable and wire flag labelling needs to be permanent, of the highest quality, for general identification or for temporary work-in-progress labelling, with our extended label material options we have a solution.
Label materials combined with the A5500 Flag Printer Applicator provide best-in-class automated cable & wire identification that meets and exceeds identification needs and automates the customer’s process.

Wraptor™ A6500 Wire ID printer applicator
Wraptor A6500 is a printer and label applicator for wire identification with wrapping. It can significantly increase production output by identifying cables with wrap-around labels in 5 seconds. It is easy to operate because it can identify a wide range of cables between 1.52 mm and 15.24 mm diameter via a modern user interface with full colour touch screen. It is easy to implement Wraptor A6500 in a variety of production environments thanks to USB ports and ethernet connectivity. You can save and process commonly used labels. Wraptor A6500 eliminates the need to print labels in advance with Zero-Queue printing. This means little or no label waste compared to batch jobs where extra labels are thrown away. It provides a tight wrap with minimal spiralling, bubbling or wrinkling. It prints high quality bar codes, logos and diagrams with the 300 dpi print head.
