Cable ties
A cable tie is a type of fastener, for holding items together, primarily electric cables or wires. Because of their low cost and ease of use, these multiple-use products find use in a wide range of other applications as well. Stainless steel versions, either bare or coated, are perfect for outdoor applications and hazardous environments.

Cable lugs and insulation
We offer insulated and non-insulated cable lugs for wire and cable cross sections from 0,1 to 50 mm². SES Sterling also offers insulating sleeves for fastones and elastic tubes to insulate joints between cables and cable lugs.

Solutions for fastening cables, wires and other installations
A strain relief is a standard fixture for electrical cables that functions as a feature for relieving the stress from the cable connections themselves to prevent them from breaking. The system can be used for organising and securing cables in machines, switch cabinets, enclosures, and dynamic drag chains.
The product portfolio includes strain relief plates for several mounting types such as screwing on metal plates, plugging onto 35 mm DIN rails shape H or 30 mm C-rails. Due to unique multilayer mounting possibilities the packing density can be greatly increased.
Compared to conventional metal or plastic cable clamps & cord grips the strain relief plates are a much more flexible and cost-effective solution.
The undercut on the comb shaped profile of the strain relief plate provides a secure hold of cables with diameters from 5 to 20 mm when using regular cable ties.
Cables and wires can be fastened quickly, as you can use standard cable ties.The shape of strain relief plate securely holds both cables and cable ties.

EMC shielding solutions
For process measurement and control equipment, an increasingly higher level of protection against failure is required. EMI (EMC) shielding and earthing is very important in this case. The area where the cable shield is connected to the cabinet earth is a critical point.
